Send a caseChecklist
What every Rx should include.
- Doctor, practice, phone and email
- Patient reference: initials or your case number
- Tooth numbers and restoration type
- Material (e.g. multilayer zirconia, IPS e.max, PFM)
- Shade, with shade photos if you have them
- Requested date
- Implant system and platform, for implant cases
- Any special instructions
Turnaround
Typically 4–5 lab days; complex cases need longer. Same-day or next-day for flippers, repairs and crowns.
