Getting cases to the lab
How do Queens dentists send cases to us?
For Queens practices that place implants, we cover the restorative side end to end: TiPlant and ZirPlant single units with custom abutments, multi-unit Ti/ZirPlant, and screw-retained All-on-X hybrids, planned with guideWORX surgical guides when you want guided placement.
- Pickup from your office in Queens. Pickup is usually the next business day (Monday–Friday).
- Scan from your scanner (iTero Lab ID 4364), or send an impression with your Rx
- Implant cases: send a transfer coping, counter, bite and analog for TiPlant or ZirPlant
- Full arch: verified full-arch implant records with OptiSplint and Scan Logic by IPD

Turnaround
How fast do cases come back to Queens?
Typically 4–5 lab days once the case reaches the lab; complex and full-arch cases need longer. Ask about same-day or next-day crowns, flippers and repairs.
Every restoration we make carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We take any restoration failure seriously, so each concern is reviewed individually and the options are discussed directly with you, the doctor.
