Short answer: Westchester County dentists send cases to our Midtown Manhattan lab by scan, by pickup within the New York metro area, or by FedEx. We are known for aesthetic and implant cases and return most work in 4–5 lab days. Our only lab is at 274 Madison Avenue; there is no Westchester office.

Getting cases to the lab
How do Westchester dentists send cases to us?
For aesthetic cases, Westchester practices get the same bench as our Manhattan clients: multilayer zirconia, e.max and feldspathic veneers, stained and glazed by hand. For cases where shade is critical, patients can come to the lab in Midtown for a custom shade, a short trip on Metro-North into Grand Central.
- Scan from your intraoral scanner (iTero Lab ID 4364), or send an impression with your Rx
- Pickup from your Westchester office. Pickup is usually the next business day (Monday–Friday).
- FedEx to the lab from anywhere in the continental US
- Shade: for shade matching, patients can visit our Manhattan lab, or send photos with the case (email them to info@adlny.com)

How fast do cases come back to Westchester?
Typically 4–5 lab days in the lab; complex and smile-design cases need longer.
Every restoration we make carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We take any restoration failure seriously, so each concern is reviewed individually and the options are discussed directly with you, the doctor.
